Q.01 What does the free artwork include?
Our creative team makes one 15-second video from your products, logo and offer, sized to fit all three screens. It is normally £125 + VAT and is free when you book an 8 or 12-week campaign before Friday 23 October.
Q.02 When can my campaign start?
Campaigns start on a Monday. Book before Friday 23 October so there is time to make your artwork and go live before Christmas.
Q.03 Can I change my advert for the January sales?
Yes. Send us a new video at any time during your campaign, or ask us to update yours for a small fee.
Q.04 How often will my advert play?
A maximum of 12 advertisers run at any one time, so your 15-second advert plays in every loop, about 330 times a day, from 6am to 10:30pm, seven days a week.
Q.05 Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices are per week plus VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT separately.
