CODER AGENCY LTD
Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you book advertising on the CODER Motion screens on Rose Lane, Norwich. CODER Motion is run by CODER AGENCY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16465441, VAT number GB 388 6377 31), whose registered office is 13 The Close, Norwich, England, NR1 4DS (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them before you book. By paying for a booking you agree to them.

1. Contacting us

Email hello@coderagency.co.uk. We reply within one working day.

2. Who these terms are for

CODER Motion is sold to businesses and organisations. By booking, you confirm you are booking for a business, not as a consumer. These terms apply together with our advertising policy, which sets out what adverts we can show.

3. What you are booking

  • A place in the screens’ rotation for each week of your campaign. Your 15-second advert plays across all three screens on Rose Lane, taking turns with the other advertisers.
  • No more than 12 advertisers run at the same time.
  • The screens run every day from 6am to 10:30pm, seven days a week.
  • Audience and play figures on our website and in our media pack are estimates based on measured data. We do not guarantee a number of plays, impressions or viewers, or any business result.
  • You cannot choose particular screens or times of day. Every advert plays on all three screens, in rotation, all day.

4. Booking

  • The minimum campaign is 4 weeks. Every campaign starts on a Monday.
  • Your booking is confirmed, and a contract between us is formed, when your payment is received and we send your confirmation email.
  • An unpaid booking holds your dates for a limited time while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time, the booking is cancelled and the dates are released.
  • We can decline a booking, for example if the dates are fully booked or the advert would break our advertising policy. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are per week, as shown on our website when you book, plus VAT at the current rate. Your invoice shows the VAT separately.
  • Online bookings are paid in full when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Approved partners can pay on account. Account invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. We may pause an advert while an account invoice is overdue.
  • Promo codes can only be used as described when they are issued, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied after you have paid.

6. Your advert

  • Your advert is one 15-second MP4 video, 5760 × 756px, with no sound. The full guidelines are sent when you book.
  • Most advertisers have our team make their video (see section 7). If you supply your own, send it at least 5 working days before your start date, so we have time to check it and load it onto the screens.
  • We check every advert before it goes live. If it does not meet the guidelines or our advertising policy, we tell you what needs changing. We can fix it for you for a small fee.
  • If we do not have an approved advert from you by your start date, your campaign still starts on that date and we do not refund or extend it for the days your advert did not play. If the delay is caused by us, we add the missed days to the end of your campaign.
  • You can change your advert at any time during your campaign by sending us a new video, or we can update it for you for a small fee. New videos usually go live within 2 working days of being approved.
  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in an advert you supply, including footage, images, logos, fonts and claims, and that it is legal, accurate and not misleading. You give us permission to show it on the screens and to keep a copy for our records.

7. Videos we make for you

  • The artwork and video service is charged as shown when you book, plus VAT.
  • Your price includes two rounds of changes. Further changes are charged at the same fee, plus VAT.
  • You must give us the information we ask for (such as your logo, offer and contact details) in good time, and check the final video, including spelling, prices, offers and contact details, before you approve it.
  • Once paid for, you can use the finished advert for your own business, on any channel.
  • We may show the finished advert in our portfolio and on our own website and social media. Tell us when you book if you would rather we did not.

8. Cancelling or changing your booking

  • You can cancel up to 7 days before your start date for a full refund. Email us to cancel.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before your start date, or once your campaign has started, the booking cannot be refunded.
  • You can move your start date if you tell us at least 7 days before your original start date and the new dates are available. There is no charge for this.
  • The artwork and video fee cannot be refunded once our team has started work on your advert.

9. If the screens are off

  • If the screens are off for maintenance or a fault for a full day or more, we add the lost days to the end of your campaign. This is our only obligation for downtime.
  • Short interruptions of less than a full day do not affect your campaign.
  • We can pause or remove an advert straight away if we have to for safety, legal or regulatory reasons, or if it breaks our advertising policy. If we remove an advert for breaking our advertising policy, we do not give a refund for the time it is off.
  • If we have to end your campaign early for reasons within our control, we refund the weeks that have not run.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power cuts, road works or damage to the screens by others. Where this means the screens are off for a full day or more, we still add the lost days to the end of your campaign.

10. Our liability

  • We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability to you for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Your responsibility for your advert

If an advert you supplied, or content you gave us for an advert we made, leads to a claim against us (for example for copyright infringement or a misleading claim), you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

12. Your personal data

We use the details you give us to manage your booking, take payment and contact you about your campaign. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones on this page when you paid.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
